The family of the house are water skiing enthusiasts. Banding together with several fellow skiers, who bought lands and modified existing artificial lake used for water skiing / slalom race. The house is situated within a berm and dredging the bottom, the design calls and the lake in many ways. This higher perspective in an otherwise flat topography around a view of the river a mile from one end to another.

More Information And Images Within The Message
The house is a simple bar, literally and conceptually divided into three specific regions, namely the use of guest house, a public / fraternal bedroom. Metal roof hovers above these 3 parts to facilitate the circulation in the transition from one mode to another. The structure also provides shade for the roof terrace overlooking the lake near the pool, while capturing and directing the water cooling breezes through the transom windows above the living space. This "free" and a passive ventilation to reduce the use of mechanical handling of air conditioning. Collection of rain turns to the valley of the roof of the underground reservoir used for irrigation as their mother tongue planted in the landscape. To maximize the spacing of the wings, out the other side of the fireplace and outdoor shower from the bedroom, enjoy the Florida weather.

Modest hardware components such as corrugated roof SIPs, concrete floors, stucco over insulated concrete form blocks, a concrete table form the finish wall, covered with aluminum windows, cloth, roll shades are simple to construct and lean: an appropriate response to customer demand for a dramatic, humble, low-cost, low maintenance, but inspired a shelter.
