Miami.. Simply a Modern Contemporary, Trendy, Stylish City

Miami:

As I show friends of mine that are in town the sites and sounds of Miami, I can';t stop thinking how much this city has grown in the past 10 years.. From a downtown that no one dared venture out at night, a Biscayne Blvd, Miami's downtown main artery stretching from Brickell to Miami Shores, so full of drug pushers and prostitutes no one traveled on this road, and crime so elevated, people always talked about this city in a negative crime infested waste.

Fast forward ten years and what do we have now.. A downtown full of residenial developments that is thriving with an entertainment districk, restaurant districts in Bayside, Brickell Village, and the city nightlife section, the city has a new arena, stadium, and Performing arts center, all of Biscayne Blvd has been completely remodeled and has sprung various entertainment areas, the Miami Design district has been revitalized int an arty community, and the cities future looks bright as ever with more and more development and business moving back from the areas they had abandoned long ago.. 

With change a new wave of young hip people have moved in and all buildings being build and most houses being built are being built in the modern contemporary style, giving Miami a new facelift and also making it the showplace for many of the new designs in both architecture and interior design in the modern contemporary style of design. 

Yesterday while riding in my car, I stopped and took a few pictures for al of you to enjoy of the sites and sounds of Miami, Miami Beach, and the Downtown. I hope all of you enjoy these fantastic pictures of what I believe to be one of the most modern cities in the United States, one that full of fashion, style, and is at the forefront of current and upcoming trends, a city that changes with the times and flows with the attitudes of the day.

Changes at Avant-Garde Store Almost Completed

Avant-Garde Store Nearly Completed..

The changes that I had talked about on my blogs about a week ago are nearly completely implemented at the Avant-Garde online retail store and plans are in the works to open up our very own showroom sometime next month. The new website is easier to navigate and much simpler toi understand. All the main categories have been broken down to basics. For example Living rooms is now 5 sections that include, Sofas, Loveseats, & couches, Media centers, bookcases bookshelves, wall units, Armchairs, and all the sections are easy to understand and clearly defined.. I hope these changes makes it easier on our customers who asked for these changes in the countless emails I received after some made purchases AFTER THE COMPLIOCATED Navigation task.

From the countless emails I put together what I think to be a great new user interface and experience. I am willing to open this up to trials and give away to 5 people a free furniture set for having them trial the new site. I want to know who is interested in this proposal. Considering Myself A Lucky Person

Considering myself a lucky person..

I tend to consider myself a very lucky person.. You know I have a great company, great friends, and a bunch of places that are beyond excellent to hang out at. I hang out with a great group of guys and girls that really make all the difference in a city like Miami where people are not always looking out for your best interests but their own....

Believe me I have had my share of those types of people but it seems lately I have come to know a group of people that are not only fun and entertaining but we all tend to be on the same page when it comes to friendships, fun, and life in general as a rule. We all believe in respect, fun, and just live life one day at a time, but with enough restraint as to not mess yourself up.. The word restraint is one which many people in this city should learn.. Sometimes it seems that we are the only ones that show such a thing and we tend to be isolated but happy in our own world...

We are the ones always laughing, smiling, and just having fun.. we are the ones that go out to ENJOY THE MUSIC..... THATS THE KEY..

All of us are blessed to have nice places, good jobs, and in the end we have mitigated toward each other because we are all tired of the crap Miami sometimes has to offer.. This group is very pure of heart and in the end the perfect friends giving when they can and sometimes receiving when needed.. Its a great vibe and feeling to know your with a group of people you can trust and be yourself with...

I love where I work..surrounded by lush tropical gardens everyday.. It's simply relaxing and very comfortable to be here everyday of the week and enjoying oneself...
