Seattle and LAX...

So i have gone from wanting to kill my partner to being ok with the fact that I didn't make my flight because of her sandwich which I was carrying in my bag in Seattle and was stopped by Security and had my bags searched.. I told her to go ahead and tell the people at the gate I was on route and instead she grabbed her boarding pass and said goodbye as I was told the plane was full..

Can you believe it.. Her sandwich in my bag and she gets on the plane and I dont.. meanwhile she is the only one that knows anything about this trip.. reservation number, schedule. I am clueless and stuck in Seattle waving goodbye as the plane departs.. at Alaska Airlines.. I have to admit the people there were friendly and took care of me pretty well giving me an upgrade to First Class and putting me on the very next flight at 11:20 of course to late to make my 2:10 connecting flight in LAX to Atlanta to then connect to Fort Lauderdale.. Well as I pondered how o best kill my partner while making her feel lots of pain I decided to do what had to be done.. Forget about what happened and make the best of a bad situation.. other words make it a good situation..

Now back on Delta from Alaska airlines (although they were just as nice.. ) I told them what had happened with a little tired look on my face and again Delta personal who are marvelous and I believe the best in the Industry gave me a direct flight into Miami, First Class upgrade, and free Delta Sky Lounge since my flight would not be until 10:30 western time at night getting into Miami at 6:30 AM Sunday morning...

In the end I do believe I ended up with much better conditions and arrangements so I am ok with the situation and hopefully next time I see Jessica I wont feel the urge to Kill her.. Just kidding she is a wonderful person overall and doesn't deserve to be killed..... besides then I would be alone in day to day operation at Avant-Garde as my other Partner Edward Saunders rarely peeks his head in the office..

Well i hae some pictures to share with all of you from my last day in Seattle and then of course the oes from LAX's Delta Skyway's Lounge....

Seattle on my last day there....
Beautiful City Center.. Space Needle.. AHHHHH

The City, which is home to Microsoft, Amazon, Starbucks, Nordstrom, among many other companies is great, lively, and has an amazing downtown area that is definitely one of the nicest I have seen in a long time...

I really enjoyed my stay in Seattle and my Partner's friends are an amazing group of people that are really ideal friends and people who truly care and are very real at heart.. I will miss Seattle but somehow I think my path will bring me back sooner then later perhaps for a longer period of time.. Dont ask me how i know that i just do...

Los Angeles:

The mountains from inside the pane on the way to LAX and of course the ultra modern and comfortable Delta Sky miles Lounge at LAX...

Well I will give all of you an update shortly once I know I am home or at least that my final destination is close at hand...

A true Bavarian Villiage in the USA?

Bavaria comes to America...

So on the way back from Seattle in the mountain crossing my CFO Jessica Hale says that there is a Bavarian Village and i am like Bavaria is in Germany and I don't think so.. Her answer is I swear there were a bunch of German immigrants who immigrated here and created this Bavarian Village. I believed her of course but was expecting a nice mountain village with some semblance to the true Bavarian experience you get when you go to Europe..

WOW was I wroong.. What I got was a very realistic looking Bavarian true Village where every building in the town was put up and made to look like a true Bavarian building with all the fixings including the Balcony and outdoor paintings and just about every T and I was crossed when creating this place.. Its absolutely fantastic and totally unexpected.

Walking down its main street you couldn't help but feel the true heart and spirit of Germany. Add a whole town of German speaking immigrants, Bavarian Buildings, a true central Bavarian Park, A bavarian looking Starbucks, Cold Stone Creamery, 76 Gas station, and just about every other major American brand but dressed up in the look and feel of Bavaria and YES you actually feel like you were just transported to Germany..

But don't believe me here are some pictures of the sites and sounds of Bavaria (in Washington State, USA)

Enjoy the pictures...

Like I said CRAZY.. An absolutely spectacular site to see and a must for all visitors to Washington, and honestly incredible to believe true Bavarian Village in the middle of the mountains crossing roads from Wenatchee to Seattle, Washington State, USA
